Requests are not confirmed until approved. Guests, Visitors & Events Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests are permitted unless additional visitors are approved in advance. The property’s maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time. Security Cameras & Internet Equipment Exterior security cameras may record for safety and security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home or in private areas. Covering, disconnecting, moving, disabling, damaging, or otherwise interfering with exterior cameras, the Wi-Fi router, modem, or related equipment is strictly prohibited. Tampering or interference may result in additional charges and/or further action through the booking platform, as applicable. Smoking & Fire Safety Smoking or vaping inside the property is strictly prohibited and may result in additional cleaning or remediation charges. Candles, incense, and other open-flame items are not permitted. Noise & Neighbors Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise at a respectful level at all times, especially outdoors, and be considerate of our neighbors. Pets Pets are welcome when included in the reservation. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning. Care of the Home Please do not move indoor furniture outdoors or rearrange large furniture. Do not pour grease or place food scraps or coffee grounds in sinks or drains. Guests may be responsible for damaged or missing items, permanently stained linens, unauthorized pets, or cleaning required beyond normal use. Please report accidental damage or maintenance concerns promptly so we can assist. Children & Safety Children must be supervised at all times, particularly around pools, stairs, balconies, and outdoor areas. Before Leaving Please secure all doors and windows whenever leaving the property and at checkout. Thank you for respecting our home, our neighbors, and these house rules. The entire private studio is exclusively yours during your stay, with a separate entrance and private bathroom. There are no shared indoor spaces with the main home. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM to allow our cleaning team enough time to properly prepare the studio between guests. Early check-in may be available upon request and is subject to availability. If you need guaranteed early access, please contact us in advance to inquire about reserving the previous night at a discounted rate, when available.
