🔥 POOL HEATING: Optional pool heating is available for $35 per day and must be requested in advance to allow adequate time for the pool to warm. 🐾 PETS: Pets must be included in the reservation and approved in advance. Additional pet fees may apply. 🔇 QUIET HOURS: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties and events are not permitted. 📹 SECURITY CAMERAS: Exterior security cameras are located outside the property for safety and security. There are no cameras inside the home or in private areas. Cameras may not be covered, moved, disconnected, disabled or tampered with at any time. 🚭 NO SMOKING OR VAPING: Smoking or vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited. Additional cleaning or remediation charges may apply if this rule is violated. 🚽 PLUMBING: Please flush toilet paper only. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels or any other items. 🌴 SOUTH FLORIDA WILDLIFE & PESTS: Florida’s tropical climate means you may occasionally encounter mosquitoes, ants, lizards or other insects, especially outdoors and after heavy rain. The property receives routine professional pest control; however, occasional sightings are a normal part of the South Florida environment. Keeping doors and windows closed will help prevent insects from entering the home. 🏊 POOL SAFETY: Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the pool and outdoor areas.
