Perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or enjoying meals by the water. DOCK & WATER ACCESS Private 30-foot dock that accommodates a boat up to 28 feet. Ideal for boating, fishing, or simply enjoying the waterfront lifestyle. Please notify us in advance if bringing a boat. PARKING There is ample parking available for multiple vehicles directly in front of the home and along the curb. Please note that parking inside the gates is not permitted. The area is safe, easily accessible, and offers plenty of space, including room for a boat trailer if needed.
