Requests are not confirmed until approved. • Parties and events are not permitted. Only registered guests are allowed unless approved in advance. The property’s maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time. • Exterior security cameras record 24/7 for safety and security. There are no cameras inside the home or in private areas. • Do not cover, disconnect, move, disable, or interfere with exterior cameras, the Wi-Fi router, modem, or other internet equipment. Interference may result in additional charges or further action through the booking platform. • Smoking or vaping indoors is prohibited and will result in a fee. Candles and incense are not permitted. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum and be respectful of our neighbors. • Pets are not permitted unless included in the reservation and approved in advance. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after approved pets. • This property uses a septic system. Please flush toilet paper only. This is a private, detached guest house located on a property with another separate home. You’ll have the entire guest house to yourself with your own private entrance, while the other home is completely separate and there is a RV on the property. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be available depending on our cleaning schedule and occupancy. If you’d like to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. If you’d like to guarantee an early check-in, you may reserve the previous night at a discounted rate (subject to availability).
