FIRST FLOOR (OUTDOOR AREA) Outdoor Living: Enjoy a private salt water pool (not heated), covered seating area with a Smart TV, and plenty of tables and chairs for outdoor dining. Perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or enjoying meals by the water. DOCK & WATER ACCESS Private 30-foot dock that accommodates a boat up to 28 feet. Ideal for boating, fishing, or simply enjoying the waterfront lifestyle. Please notify us in advance if bringing a boat. PARKING There is ample parking available for multiple vehicles directly in front of the home and along the curb. Please note that parking inside the gates is not permitted. The area is safe, easily accessible, and offers plenty of space, including room for a boat trailer if needed. Superbe maison, très propre et confortable ! Conforme aux photos. Les lits et les oreillers étaient extrêmement confortables et avoir la piscine était vraiment génial ! Nos enfants ont pu pêcher à l'arrière dans le canal et nous pouvions aller à pied prendre une glace ou aller dans quelques restaurants. Hôtes formidables et très réactifs ! Great house, very clean and comfortable! Exactly as pictured. Super comfortable beds and pillows and having the pool was so great! Our kids were able to fish off the back into the canal and we could walk to ice cream and a few restaurants. Wonderful and responsive hosts!
