ROOMS: This house sleeps 9 guests. Please see below for bed count: - Room 1: King Bed (sleeps 2) - Room 2: 2 Queen beds with Smart TV and Private Bathroom (sleeps 4) - Room 3: Double Bed, 1 single bed (sleeps 3) BATHROOM: 2 Full bathrooms fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, wash cloths, towels, and a hair dryer. KITCHEN AND DINING: Fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, coffee pot, toaster oven, oven, dish washer, refrigerator, and microwave. There are plenty of dining areas with seating and all the necessary dinnerware. OUTDOOR AREAS: The backyard has plenty of outdoor lounge furniture. PARKING: Free parking is available right outside the property for about 4 cars. No commercial vehicles allowed or trailers. WHATS INCLUDED: Free wifi, Smart TVs, community pool and tennis center with rackets and towels included. We provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, & toiletry) for your first few nights. You may need to purchase more depending on use. The property is in a secluded private community. The neighbors were friendly and we even saw kids playing outside, which is super rare now and days. Everything was clean and the home is so spacious. Beautiful patio and so much more. Thank you. The property is spotless. The traffic in the area not the most favorable.
