•Observe Checkin 4pm and checkout 11am times and instructions. We may be unable to accommodate early checkin, however if it is available we charge $25 per hour. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur up to a $100 fee per hour or portion thereof. •We strongly suggest you consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment from any unexpected covered cancellations. We cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy. •NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS In case of a party or gathering to avoid cancellation with NO REFUND of unused nights. Keep noise down after 9pm and please keep noise to a minimum in the front of the house. Quiet Hours 9PM to 8 AM. •Due to the property having a septic tank please ONLY flush toilet paper in toilets. •We do inventory after each stay and any missing items, heavily soiled or damaged linen/towels, clogged toilets, excessive dirtiness or indoor smoking will be charged accordingly. •Please turn the AC to 78 degrees or Heat to 68 degrees when you go out. •Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
