We are only able to accept bookings from guests with a completed profile and previous good reviews. We live close to the property, and love the area. Candles and incense are not permitted. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum and be respectful of our neighbors. • Pets are not permitted. • This property uses a septic system. Please flush toilet paper only. A great place to stay if coming for concerts, sporting events and/or exploring the city. We are near world-renowned Vanderbilt, Belmont, & Lipscomb University, and just minutes from top-class hospitals (Vanderbilt, Centennial Hospital, & Saint Thomas). Hospital patients, family of university students and travel nurses are welcome here.
