KITCHEN AND DINING: Fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, coffee pot, toaster oven, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. The dining area has a table and a bar spaced with seating for 4, with all the necessary dinnerware. OUTDOOR SPACE: There is a spacious balcony area overlooking the city of Doral with lounge furniture to enjoy the South Florida weather. PARKING: Free parking is available in the building's car garage for 1 car. If you will be bringing an additional vehicle, there is paid street parking available in front of the building. WHAT'S INCLUDED: Free wifi, We provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, & toiletry) for your first few nights. You may need to purchase more depending on use. MAIL POLICY: We are unable to accept mail or packages at this unit as we do not have access to the mailbox. Please refrain from having mail delivered to this address. Instead, consider using a P.O.
