ROOMS: This apartment sleeps 6 guests. Please see below for bed count: Room 1: King bed with ocean view (sleeps 2) Room 2: 2 Queen beds with ocean view (sleeps 4) BATHROOMS: 1.5 bathrooms fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, wash cloths, towels, and a hair dryer. KITCHEN AND DINING: Fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, coffee pot, toaster, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining area has seating for 8 with all the necessary dinnerware. OUTDOOR SPACE: Private balcony with ocean view and seating to enjoy the views. PARKING PRICES: On-Site Parking Rates (paid upon check-in): • Daily Parking: $20 • Overnight Parking: $40 • 1–7 Days: $100 • 8–14 Days: $125 • 15–21 Days: $150 • 22–31 Days: $175 • A $20 cash deposit is required for the parking hang tag (refunded upon its return).
